The Yoga & Pilates Society is a bespoke hollistic approach. Our wellness studio offers a wide range of classes , workshops and teacher training programms . The idea is to create a welcoming community where everyone is accepted . Through Yoga & Pilates practice we aim to achieve stillness ,calmness and inner beauty . Even if you have never practiced yoga or pilates before you can start at anytime . Pilates is known for its therapeutic attributes when one aches with chronic injuries . We offer all level classes, small groups , private sessions but we are also open for any yoga teacher to come and teach in our studio , thats what makes a SOCIETY after all.
